It’s comforting to know I have male friends who’ve got my back.Last week 2 of them checked in about the same instance,at the weekend another appeared out of nowhere to back me up when he heard a delivery driver yelling at me & threaten to sue me … for trespassing on my property & damaging his car.🤷🏻‍♀️🙄

That’s a 72 week streak thus far.I’ve run at least once a week each week, more often 2 or 3 times. Mainly walking when I’m away, it’s all exercise. My goal was 10 running miles this week 💪 I’m pleased with that. I want to try & maintain that.It’s just about proving to myself I can #RebelliousHope

I’d hedge my bets this is partly the byproduct of the throwaway culture nowadays. I won’t tempt fate by saying how old my fridge / freezer is but things aren’t built to last anymore and cunningly made / parts sold so as to be uneconomical to repair 😡 No wonder the world is in such a mess!
