App News: Nearly finished building my new everything Stargazing app (name to follow) It will be a paid app with a small yearly/ monthly subscription. Not expensive! There may be a cut back version of it with ads on the website, but the flagship app with all the toys will you occupied for years.

NO! America does not own the Moon nor will they ever do so. There are international treaties such as The Outer Space Treaty (1967) and The Moon Agreement (1979) The Moon Agreement explicitly states that the Moon and its resources are the "common heritage of mankind".

It's nice to see rain again after the longest dry and hot period recorded in the UK. I enjoy it being warm and dry, but I also enjoy the fine balance of nature and life on this planet. A lot of humans find climate change hard but nature finds it harder.

I say this in my show and I will say it you you now. Do not look directly at the sun with your naked eyes, telescope or anything like that. Even at maximum eclipse at over 90% Moon coverage, the sun will still damage your eyes. Permanently! NEVER LOOK DIRE`CTLY AT THE SUN! EVE DURING THE ECLIPSE

The world is in trouble with global warming and all that awful stuff. It is real and we have to act! The politicians aren't helping and to be honest don't care most of the time, as caring for the planet is bad for their backers bank accounts. So it's up to the rest of us.
