Quality of AI generative content aside, I am just SO thoroughly uninterested in things that are not made by people. All my favorite media is the stuff where you can tell that a person made specific decisions while making it. I want to feel a different person's personality present in it

I have a four-year-old boy so we watch a lot of Cars, and I can safely say the best part of Cars 2 was casting Bruce Campbell as a spy.

In other news, I am good at plumbing.
A silver barhBath tub faucet attached to a copper pipe that is much too long, which protrudes from a bathroom wall covered in old, discolored light blue plastic peel and stick tile. A very poor attempt at plumbing.

Very tired of the content generation game where everything designed to be scrollable and clickable and anything over 3 minutes is sliced into segments and creativity and success are so riveted to consistent production and posting. It’s making it hard to focus and create and not overthink everything.

An intellectual process that makes poetry enjoyable: When we come across a phrase that doesnt make sense, our brains will work tirelessly to make sense of it & eventually, a reasonable explaination will develop. Moral of the story: brains are weird and thinking is fun.
