I'm down a rabbit hole on combination utensils. There's my beloved SPORK, but then we get into the much more exotic combos: This one's called a FORKCHOP, designed by Donald BonAsia in Los Angeles, available now through a variety of online retailers.

Efficacy of fluoxetine vs placebo in RCTs with/out additional psychotherapy (CBT or some other form). No difference (my calcs). It's said that that combination therapy (drug+therapy) has the best outcome. Thoughts?

We have supported children to get a correct age assessment after they were wrongly assessed as adults by the Home Office. These are not decisions for AI systems. Age assessments must be human and expert-led. No child should be stripped of the protections they need.

Children are beings not becomings. They're not doing a 'job' of getting ready for school because all the evidence on early child development says they need to be playing, moving, having fun and building relationships. Focus on being ready to meet children's needs not the other way around.
