In 2021, I got an anonymous & cryptic letter in the post -simply listing payments to a consultancy firm by the UK's largest NHS provider. The LONG series of FOIs, appeals & reviews that followed has now led to the trust's procurement practices being overhauled www.hsj.co.uk/manchester-u... (£) 1/2

Apparently dissatisfaction is generally significantly higher among younger people…who tend to use services less. Possibly says something about access and some of the antiquated/difficult routes into seeing a GP and other services
