We hit LL2 and unveiled our new frames last session, so now I get to share it with everyone eheh :> Way out of my comfort zone but quite pleased with the result! #art #lancer #lancerrpg

Artwwork of a custom mech for my Lancer pilot. It is an SSC Death's Head, made for long range shooting. The frame looks biomechanical, it is somewhat centaur-like, with a humanoid torso poking out of the rear instead of the front. The plating doesn't cover all of it, showing exposed wiring and inner pieces. It's holding a long rifle that has a makeshift quality to it, with pieces crudely bolted together. It seems to be fueled through the inner core of the mech, through tube coming out of its rear, somewhat like a tail.
On the shoulder of the humanoid part is standing its pilot (and designer), my Lancer Letho.

Battletech is a good and fun video game, but it's still fucking garbage because there's a bug in the game that will cause audio not to play in cutscenes. There are fixes, none of them work consistently. You can literally have sound in the pre-mission cutscene and it's broken in post-mission.

I gave Pillars of Eternity another shot with Turn-Based mode and it's just not working. The combat became mind-numbingly dull incredibly fast and nothing else is really grapping me. Not to mention that there's just a lot of little annoyances and bugs.

MASK LOOKING LIKE SOMETHING STRAIGHT OUT OF DIE FLEDERMAUS. I DUNNO WHY I MENTION THIS EXCEPT TO UNDERLINE THE SORT OF GRAND EMOTIONAL INTENSITY I WANT THIS BOOK TO HAVE WITH BOTH THE BATMAN AND THE JOKER BECOMING POWERFUL AND PRECISE SYMBOLIC FIGURES IN A NIGHTMARISH AND ALMOST ABSTRACT LANDSCAPE. It's kinda messed up that they changed Thanos motivation in Infinity War from his comic book origins. Not just because it has so many stupid holes in it, but especially because Thanos being about obsessive and toxic love works excellent with heroes like the guardians who are about supportive love.
