On this day in 1929, a Czech Jewish girl was born. On the 10 Jun 1942 she was deported with her parents via Ujazdów to Sobibor, where they were murdered. Of the 1000 on the transport only 3 survived. Her brother perished in Auschwitz in Sep 1943. Her name was Helena Weissová

My best girl Bella crossed over the rainbow bridge this afternoon and I just want everyone to know she was such a good girl who was with me through my life the last 12 years. I had a good cry at the veterinarian’s and the sadness is upon me.
