Another fun fact: The big green screen that says "this preview is for all audiences" etc before a trailer appears? There isn't actually a standard green for that. Every company that makes trailers has a slightly different green that they use that's just kinda close enough.

Apropos of nothing, the #AmongUsShow was written and storyboarded by hand, backgrounds were painted by hand, it was animated by hand, and it was voice acted.. by... hand? We used digital tools to do these things, but it all came from a human hand moving around due to a human brain making decisions.

"Why are there so many butts in the Among Us show?" Because one storyboard artist drew a butt, and the other artists saw that I didn't say no to the butt, so every artist on the show added butts whenever they got the opportunity. Everyone agrees: we like them having little gumdrop booties.

We DID actually have to tone down how many butts there were, so we were sent a list of which exact butts to take out and which we could keep. This shot originally had a giant butt for Red, but we were told it was too much, so we made it into the tiniest butt possible, which allowed us to keep it.

When I realized the lyrics of "Walk Among Us" by the Misfits were basically just describing the concept of the show/game AND the song was high energy and awesome AND it had some lead in before the lyrics, I was like "Save whatever budget we need to get this song!" www.youtube.com/watch?v=NGGH...

Yes! It was the Zorak ambient tone. We wanted that sound, and our sound designer just happened to also work on OK K.O. where they ALSO wanted that sound and built a version of it, so he just reused the one they made in KO. Thank @tobytobyjones.bsky.social and @ianjq.com for doing the work first!

It's really just making sure everyone on the show is on the same page the whole time. There were some of these that I did, and some of these that were added by others that I didn't even think about, but because we were all moving in the same direction and had the same goal, it worked out!

Yeah, near as I can tell there’s no seconds hand, very funny. Okay, observations: it’s a real working watch, not a costume prop; the time changes from shot to shot within the same scene.
