A really underrated part of AEW's completely brilliant tribute show for Pac is how many of the male performers are willing to be completely vulnerable and cry on camera. Big, muscular wrestlers, consumed by emotion, and ready to share that with us, the audience. It's really beautiful. #AEW

Think Spurs' second half has been the best 45 minutes of the season so far, but plagued by the same old problems. Simply can't find a reliable way to score, a complete lack of outlet on the left, and central progression non-existent. And yet, could have won it. Really confusing!

One of the patients in the ICU when Rach was there has finally walked out of hospital, after over 130 days. He had a heart attack at mile 25 of the London Marathon. He was so severely unwell, but his wife never wavered in her belief he'd get better. And he did. Us humans are amazing, we really are.
