PR Day! Your Strength Fuels Access
What are you working toward this summer? In May, we shared more of where Han Training comes from. In June, we took that movement out into community. We moved through Pride, Juneteenth, harm reduction, voice work, joy, rest, and all the different ways people build a relationship with their bodies and each other. Now it’s July. And the question gets a little more personal.

Han in Motion: The Communities We Move Through
If you've been following along Han Training since May, you know where #MoveWithHan started, and what han means to this Chicago gym centering on queer, trans, BIPOC, and disabled folks. Here's how Minky puts it: Han 한 translates a little bit like a generational grief, rage, and longing or sorrow in the absence of justice that has come about through generations of oppression, particularly specific to Korea during the Japanese occupation.
