Harvesting wheat and feeling like I don’t know wtf I’m doing at all. Also, slacked on keeping the weeds down for a couple weeks and now it’s a fucking mess. Lesson learned, but hopefully this area will get easier to tend after a couple years of work.

I somehow didn’t notice this fasciated snapdragon in my garden until yesterday. This thing is a freaky lil mutant.

A cluster of fascinated pink snapdragon flowers. Instead of growing in a neat stack, this plant is exhibiting abnormal growth, and the flowers are clustered side to side along a stalk that has grown broad and flat as opposed to round.

Finally watched Predator: Badlands and I was as underwhelmed as I expected to be. Predictable Hollywood yawn fest. Weird, lazy, very shallow attempt to humanize synths and Yautja. CGI felt rushed and unpolished. I’m not surprised, but I’m still angry about all of it.
