🏺🗃️ Not sure why this is getting more attention today, but happy to see it shared again! And thrilled that Yusra will of course be part of our #ExcavatingGarrod project, re-examining archives for new insights on Garrod's work on #Neanderthals, and her collaborations & wider networks with women.

My brilliant MOLA colleagues are back with another Pint of Archaeology! Join them at The Roebuck in Southwark next Monday (10th March) @5:30pm. There may even be a new set of our Pint of Archaeology beermats to snap up if your home or office needs some new (and very educational) coasters 👀👀
A poster advertising the event. It lists the location as The Roebuck, 50 Great Dover St, SE1 4YG, and the date and time as Monday 10th March 5:30pm-8pm.

Apple TV has been trying to force me to watch Prime Target by starting the episode as soon as I finish anything else I am watching. If they'd just made the trailer actually representative of the show I would have watched it willingly... As it turns out it is a RIOT & I recommend it 😂

This is cool! A state school has defeated Eton to reach the finals of the International History Bowl & Bee in Vienna. They’re former winners, and are sending two young teams to compete again They need help with travel costs, can you help these young historians? www.gofundme.com/f/send-the-f...

Spotted this rather bizarre comment in a Guardian article about supermarkets. I know everyone is entitled to their own opinion but I rather hope that he doesn't pass that attitude onto his children (and who knows if one or both of them are girls!)
