I had a prostate examination. It wasn’t pleasant but it was quick and minor. The consultant talked about how many people my age haven’t had one and should. So I said I’d casually mention it in case it encourages others to. So I am. And also I’m posting it on Bluesky. Consider contacting your GP.

Errol kitten has had his first big adventure. He went out 5am Weds and didn’t come back at all that day … or evening. Still AWOL yesterday so put a post on the local forum in the morning. JUST before I was about to start online tutoring at 4.30pm - I get sent a picture of Errol stuck

Tuesday evening my kettle conked out. New kettle ordered late Tuesday evening & it arrived yesterday afternoon. Not only is it a NEW kettle it is variable temperature, has a keep warm function,is an attractive metallic navy AND it was less than £40. WHAT A TIME TO BE ALIVE.
