It’s not. Gaslighting, manipulation, DARVO, sexual and many other forms of abuse are not specific to people with NPD. People with NPD are not more likely to be abuse than people with GAD, depression, ASD or BPD. Abuse is abuse.

And I realised that I/we reached a goal in my therapy. It’s not over, but we definitely did something, and it helps us to enjoy our life more. Wow! Like, we don’t have to suffer forever to prove that we are worthy or valid, we deserve to be happy and loved already.

I am doing okay though! I have started taking care of myself (and I am doing that for a few months), I have started to going outside, I have been reading more books too. I realised that I can visit kid’s library and take books or read them there. It was so healing.

I can't move, even to reach things in bed, and it sucks I was always an A-type, power through, top of the class kind of person. I was all fury and fight Disability turns you into something different entirely. If I push, I pay dearly. Needing to do things & being helpless to do them feels horrible
