John Margolies was usually spot on, but I'm 99% sure this was never a Holiday Inn. It was built as a Golden Eagle in 1967, rebranded as Passport Inn by 1979 and Comfort Inn by 1983. After all that it was so sketchy and decrepit that Holiday Inn wouldn't have touched it. It's a vacant lot now.
