Rewatched G-Force for the first time in such a long time and got such poprocks brain tinglies at the anatomical correctness of the guinea pigs. Like yeah the mouths were weird bc they spoke and the innermost digit on front paws were turned into mock-thumbs and bipedalism isn't that easy, but still.

For a belated Mabon feast, I had a pecan waffle, hashbrowns with onion and mushroom, and TWO pork chops (ONE order of pork chops has TWO pieces of meat). That all came in THREE containers bc they're prepped separately. They gave me FIVE sets of cutlery 😭

I genuinely think that even amidst the global warming patterns, US homes and offices will face a widespread cooling effect in the next decade or two as the rising generations move away from 69°F and instead opt for 67°F. This is both a goober joke and an actual serious observation/prediction.

I had pre-ordered the book. I thought it would be neat and a cool piece to add to my collection. I tried to keep an open mind. But everything I've heard about it is so disgusting and negative that I just couldn't go through with it. I've cancelled the pre-order.

Honestly one of the weirdest ways I've kept myself eating despite being so sick is with my wine. If there's an open bottle in the fridge, it'll go bad if I don't drink it, but I have to have a little bit of food in order to drink anything, so therefore I eat a wee bit and drink a glass each night.

Finally! The rat comes out on top. for a few minutes at least. this is a drawing of my rat sona tackling a doctor to the floor and beating him in the head with his fist. This is actually the moment right after the beating. The rats bloodied hand is lying across the doctors chest and gripping onto his shoulder. The doctor looks scared but calm. He's trying to reason with his angered patient, despite his jaw being somewhat crooked. What the rat doesnt see is that the doctor is calling for backup on his pager. The rat is gonna pay for his outburst. He cant be attacking people.

I'm not sure why the rat did this. I assume he'd been told everything was "in his head" for the last time. You can only patronize someone so much. This doctor may have been particularly nasty or may have just been an innocent victim in all this who said the wrong thing at the wrong time.

This was meant to be a follow up to the ghost dick image i did a few months ago. I guess it still is a follow up to it but theres no ghost. He was supposed to be standing off to the side but I find it meaner if the ghost is just not there at all. I dont want the viewer to necessarily take the rats side here or think the doctor was wrong.

To be real for a minute i think this is the closest ive come to making real vent art in a while. Not that i have the urge to do this or would ever do it. I love my doctors and i dont have a violent streak. I'm not in inpatient psych anyway (obviously). so DONT WORRY. But getting psych care is very infantilizing at times. I'd almost prefer plain hostility than being talked down to by everyone (maybe thats why Im so attracted to psych brutality). Each time i hear "i know that feels very real to you" i want to start crying because they dont know how real it feels. I can imagine my sona snapping. Which is why i drew this :) Plus i draw enough medical fetish stuff with the patient suffering. why not give him a chance to get back at them?
