The agreement has not yet been ratified by the turkish parliament and turkish law requires parliamentary authorization to deploy troops abroad. This suggests that (at least for now) Turkey’s contribution is more likely to involve military capabilitie other than deployment of ground troops.

The joint statement says “the committee also agreed to ensure the rapid deployment of those forces and capabilities in Saudi Arabia in accordance with approved arrangements and the national laws of the three countries.” key phrase here is “in accordance with national laws of the three countries.” +
