Went to lend a hand at #CamphillDig26 today. While the team have yet to determine if the site's residents were Iron Age, Roman or Mediaeval, we now at least know that they were regular users of Glasgow's tram network. Congrats to fellow #SGHET volunteer Dougie for finding it in our pit.

Thanks to Robert Kenney for this photo of a lectern from Govan Old Church in Govan, home of the @govanstones.bsky.social. It's surprising to find Glasgow symbols in deepest Govan given the area's fierce independence from Glasgow until relatively recently 🐦🌳🔔🐟
