Long COVID progress - breathwork with the clinic has seen an uptick in my physical capacity and shortened recovery times, which is great. However my mental fatigue is still pretty strong and my concentration has been atrocious. ADHD does not make that side easy to recover 🫠

Mysterious pipes descend upon the lake... harboring friendly visitors...?

A mysterious tangle of pipes descends upon a lake filled with lily pads. Among the pipes are a large group of frogs. The frontmost pipe contains a frog in the opening, along with a stream of water pouring out.

Fun fact to remember: the actual Luddites weren’t *ignorant*. They weren’t against all technology. They were skilled craftspeople - expert weavers - who recognized the machine looms as a lower-quality output than what they could make, and who rebelled against their replacement with soulless slop.

Remember, everything Netanyahu does is to keep himself out of prison. For the sake of one crook's liberty, tens of thousands of people have been murdered, and now a possible full-scale war has been provoked. Israel must rise up and unseat him.

For the enemy is not Troll, nor is it Dwarf, but it is the baleful, the malign, the cowardly, the vessels of hatred, those who do a bad thing and call it good...

More on this btw. Potential way to kick it from your servers. The ID is 1153984868804468756 Remember, never believe an AI bot's claims that they won't train your stuff without permission. They will. #Discord

Discord recently partnered with a Generative AI called DomoAI and apparently they’re in every server but sneakily don't show up in the member list.

However they still use the art/images sent in the server to train their AI.

To bypass this, people have found the AI’s ID so we can ban them.
The AI has already been banned in this server, but for anyone here who has a server or is in another art/creative space, please use this advice and ban the following ID using the /ban command.
