I find it incredibly disheartening to hear fellow Americans cheering on the destruction of American cities. Like, didn’t we just all come together to remember the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11th? Like, why is this madness being cheered on? The love of many will wax cold.

I don’t know why but I’m having another dizzy spell coming on. I had one earlier this year and felt like I was waking sideways. Ugh. I just hope it doesn’t get as bad as the one I had at Christmas time last year.

I think I’ve come to accept that one of ways I’m going to be able to get a sufficient amount of fiber every day is by eating loads of beans- And second is by adding basil seeds to my iced teas. I’m not eating 15 cups of fruits and veggies everyday to get adequate fiber.

Yesterday I dealt with major food noise that would not go away and part of me wonders if it’s because I walked for an hour and did a 10 minute weight lift session. IDK, we’ll see if it happens again today after my walk and workout-then I’ll adjust my food intake accordingly.

My daughters and I are being terrorized by big (flying) cockroaches. One flew on my arm in the bathroom last week. Another one dropped from the ceiling and landed on my teen daughter. I just saw one crawl under my other kids bed.

I had to look up the fall time change date because my 10 YO told me the oven clock said 4:25. My phone said it was 5:59 and I was confused. Forgot that I had put chicken legs In the oven and that 425 was the temp I had set the oven too.
