I've never done #FluorescenceFriday before but here goes. eEF1A2 in red staining neuronal cell bodies, eEF1A1 in green, mostly in axons. I mostly love it because it looks like a field of poppies though.

Read circles (neuronal cell bodies) with long green processes (axons) and blue dots indicating cell nuclei.

My great aunt was a soul friend, and she passed away in 2016. I have her annotated cookbooks, though, and this one had me giggling and missing her so much. For someone born in the 1920s she sounded pretty modern here. BASIC GARBAGE

Ужасно раздражает, что порнозависимость вообще не обсуждается и нет ничего, что ограничивает ее потребление!!! Против алкоголя и сигарет ведётся пропаганда, они дорогие, всегда есть стимул бросить. У порно такого нет. Подсеть слишком просто, особенно ребенку с неограниченным доступом в интернет

а я считаю что порнозависимость должна обсуждаться так же публично и активно, как зависимость от наркотиков, алкоголя и табака. О ней должны говорить в школах (с 4 класса, если смотреть на статистику о первом просмотре) и о ней должны писать на больших плакатах
