Nanaimo bars! Graham cracker, chopped nuts, and coconut base, custard center, and topped with dark chocolate ganache.

Candied Salmon. A traditional native American method of preserving fish.

Bannock. A Scottish quickbread adopted by North American Indigenous people and fur traders
