It's difficult to dissipate heat in space (thermal load being a key factor in computing) & packing sufficient heat dissipation on to a rocket is going to make it heavy/expensive to launch. Speaking of cost, cost to repair when one of the chips eventually fries from heat (& it is "when," not "if")

Yeah, atmas is the only step I had any real issue with. RNG is a bitch and a half. But I used it as a chance to do the DT shared FATEs that I'd been slacking on, so I was able to multi task with it at least. Everything else was just steady progress with a definable end time.
