🌷Spring flowers? Fireworks? Mouse cerebral cortex FFPE tissue was labeled with eight primary antibodies. Aluora Spatial Amplification Kits and DAPI were used for detection, followed by imaging on the EVOS S1000 Spatial Imaging System. 🧠🔬🧪 #Neuroscience #FluorescenceFriday

For #FluorescenceFriday: a very thin slice of rat kidney was labeled with 8 primary antibodies whose signal was amplified with Aluora Spatial Amplification reagents. 🔬 on the EVOS S1000 Spatial Imaging system. >400 merged fields of view at 20x.

Under normal light fluorophore colors appear inverted: red dyes look blue, blue appear red, and green dyes are purple. Using an inverse LUT shows us this same palette on our microscopy sample. 🧪

Monitoring cellular uptake and lysosomal catabolism of proteins is fundamental to development of antibody-drug conjugates and targeted protein degraders. Here an anti-HER2 IgG labeled with LysoLight Deep Red displays bright fluorescence only upon delivery to the lysosome. 66hr time lapse.
