Starting to wind down the garden so I tried to grab most of the carrots left (besides a row I'm keeping to see how late I can pick into fall/winter) after we'vebeen picking here and there. About 3.5lbs, not bad considering this is our first year getting regular sized ones!

Weather is cooler so we're done for the season (goal was to give water on hot days). May 30-Oct 1 totals: - 365 bottles of water - 26 icepacks - 6 masks (only out on really bad AQI days) - 4 coolers For a total of 401 items! Thanks again to everyone here who gave us coolers and icepacks~

Flew in a day early to San Diego for a work trip to meet friends and ended up 0/2 since life happened to both people where they had to cancel meeting 🪦 which means oh noo I have to read and have brunch at a warm resort with steel pan music playing and have time to myself before meeting coworkers 😂

Antwerp Central is my love - when I lived in Belgium it was my closest "big" station, I would visit it at least once or twice a week. Its one of the few places I make sure to hit up whenever I take a trip back. The first station i ever visited where I was like "ok I see the hype".

Any tips for getting mice out of the garden? This lil gal was freaking out because I watered my hanging basket and I think she gave birth in there, just don't want them to get comfy cozy and start eating all my produce (im thinkin this might be why my beans all had chopped stems)

Seeing "The Room" in theater was a great experience, audience participation was on point except for one guy who thought he was way funnier than he was and definitely ruined the entire vibe by yelling at random parts by himself. Got another book for my backlog though!

Dental anxiety subsiding + lack of sleep from last night = laying on my floor to rest between meetings even after taking my full daily dose of my stay awake meds and having an energy drink. I always forget that disabilities can be disabiling sometimes, truly no one could have forseen this.

St. Paul announced plans to evict a large encampment of unhoused neighbors on Wednesday, August 5th, and continue evicting all other camps after that. Living in a camp together allows people to have safety in numbers while street living. Many camp residents and local shelters are advocating against the eviction, urging Mayor Her to stop this plan. Bags will help people pack up some of their belongings on eviction day, which would otherwise get bulldozed by the city.
