Why we don't stock certain books... An example is this book. The retail price is £22.00 but you can buy a copy in Tesco for £11. We can't blame you for doing that. The price to us from the publisher would be £12.10 as they discriminate against small shops on discount.

We are sorry to hear that David Young has died. He got in touch when he was very ill to let us know the situation. He gave us the last 25 copies of his pamphlet on Nottingham Castle. We'd sold 150 copies in the last year and told him that if we sold 150 of every book in the shop we'd buy the Castle
