Rotorua is a wonderful spot. mud baths are great there, but for food I did a maori dinner (search Mitai Maori Village), I'll add some pics here! Rotorua isn't too terribly far from Hamilton, which is where a lot of your stuff will be so it should be easy to slot a day in it you haven't already.

I know priests exists but I and most would probably assume most are shadow priests. It makes sense for most undead pallies to eventually assume outfits and colours of the undercity and the dark lady. (I could go on a minor rant about how most paladin aesthetics only fit human pallies but...)
