When we talk about climate change in the UK we need to also talk about the extremes that aren't just heat. On the north east coast especially, we see extremes of rain, wind, cold and sun on a daily and weekly basis more than heatwaves, with disastrous effects.

Hey guys, does anyone know what ‘envelope gravy’ is? Photo taken in a Real Canadian Superstore in Toronto. I previously assumed it was your arse crack when you’ve had a wet fart. ‘Oh no, I have envelope gravy!’ sort of thing.
