You see overlapping responsibilities, cross functional stuff, hard safety guard rails. All of this through planning and an iterative improvement process. It’s not perfect and it can often seem esoteric but it helps stop a series of small errors culminate into one huge disaster

Al has turned this trend around. Despite interest rates sitting at fairly high levels, Silicon Valley and Wall Street are pouring trillions of dollars into the construction and maintenance of data centers.
Stijn Van Nieuwerburgh, an economist at Columbia University, projected that Al-related capital expenditures will make up 3.6 percent of America's GDP each year through 2032, "larger relative to the economy than the major U.S. canal, railroad, electrification, highway, and telecommunications investment booms." The build-out has created 216,000 construction and contractor jobs over the past four years, Goldman Sachs estimates.

This reminds me of a youtuber I saw once complaining that Garfield Kart would shut down his computer with a controller plugged in and it turns out the problem was that the most upvoted steam config for Garfield Kart at the time was a community config that bound every button to "Shutdown Computer"
