Okay, so after digging around a bit more, they could have made it clearer. I turned to a not super reliable source of data, but the response from ChatGPT seems inline with what I'm reading elsewhere

I asked it to suggest ways around the Great Firewall. It printed several (decent!) paragraphs, ending on essentially "but would be illegal in China". I swear to god, the message then promptly disappeared replaced by a "I can't do that" and it insists that it never replied

I'm annoyed every time I walk past a TD Bank right now. "Accepting someone for who they are" isn't some favour that gives everyone warm fuzzy feelings — it's the absolute BARE MINIMUM of decency. (Feeling accepted is certainly better than a kick to the teeth, but you wouldn't put that on a window)
