I hate eating out so much. Ik I technically didn't overeat today and prob just ate a normal amount, but my stomach has "shrunk" so much I feel stuffed 😭.

Okay, so I think I'm gonna try semi-recovery... Although I'm fortunate to have little to no health issues (minus the obvious mental illness) despite my current state... I've been kind of scared of not waking up. Gonna graudally up my intake and see how this goes🙏
