for the millionth time i’m going to try intuitive eating again 🤡🤡 between calorie counting and intuitive eating, calorie counting ends up being more disastrous for me in the long run. it gets so exhausting eventually and i just give up counting and go on a binge fest 😒

i think my cheap scale really isn’t accurate bcs it says i haven’t been losing but i can physically tell that i’ve lost something. when i look in the mirror i feel like i look the same but clothes are looser and i can feel some of my bones better than before. i’m losing it.
