I want to get so sick that I can’t stomach food for days, unintentionally doing a water fast for a week. Then I wake up one day and my appetite is gone/I can’t taste food so I just go for the lowest cal option there is. And then in 1 year I go from 150+ to 80 lbs??? And I can dress & be delicate
