I get overwhelmed sometimes. Like at art museums. I remember walking into the Monet room in Chicago and my head nearly exploded. Even the gift shop was sensory overload. I enjoy small connections of work, like a photography exhibition but a single person. /1

From my Horse series. I worked with these horses for over a year before I photographed them. This is Toby - a very nervous horse that I worked closely with in order for him to gain my trust - all photos are taken in a field & close up - I am lying on the floor next to him. It was freezing rain.

Having to block accounts that are posting AI slop as if it's photography or art. A report option for it would,unfortunately, be pointless but you should be able to flag it as AI and it gets a label so that other people don't share it thinking it's real.

A panel of eight differently coloured snakes, all of the same species. Today I found this beautiful Long Green Crab Spider (Cetratus rubropunctatus) marooned on a water lily bud. My guess is it fell from overhanging branches. It seemed happy - almost eager - to climb onto my finger, pose for a few photos, and then be carried to a nearby bush. #spidersky #spiders
