replies felt weirdly discouraged on twitter (at least to me) but I really recommend getting back into the habit of telling artists directly when you like their stuff. not even in an engagement farming way, it just feels nice. nobody's day is going to be worse hearing that you like their work

My new book is on the outside very tropey (fake dating, enemies to lovers, etc), but at its core it’s about a girl in high school who always did what she was told, and now that she’s about to graduate, she has no idea what *she* wants for her future And I hope an agent resonates with that too ❤️
