It is absolutely infuriating and disheartening that pro-union employees are beholden to all sorts of ethical, legal, and strategic hurdles when discussing unionizing on company channels - and meanwhile an anti-union guy can spend days ranting in Slack, sowing doubt and discord.

Here's my cheatsheet for how to spot generated 3D models. I focused on Tripo for this one. MCP use is moving too fast for me to be confident in the tells atm. I put it in the note, but don't harass people. Any of these 'tells' can also be intentional or accidental. Depends on the intended usecase.

Some more items - I really like arranging these, feels very soothing when it comes together

A drawing of some items arranged neatly: A tortoiseshell comb, a blue ribbon, a notebook with paper scraps, two keys, a sealed letter, a knife or letter opener (ornate), a majolica bottle with a blue bird design, a pencil with a pencil extender, some sweets, and a string with coins threaded onto it.

Big news for F-Zero GX (credit to bstest4he on twitter): we have found cheat codes to unlock everything in the game, including the elusive gold parts that were previously JP-arcade event locked! Though there are a couple of caveats.

The cheat codes, entered at Customize -> F-Zero Shop, all directions must be performed using the Dpad:

All AX Courses Unlocked: X Y < > Z Z > < Y X Z Z Y Y > > >
Dark Schneider Unlocked: Z Z Z X X X X Y Y < < > > > Y Y
All AX Machines Unlocked: X X < > Y Z Z Y < > X < > Z X > < Y Y

Gold Parts (must be performed with 4 controllers simultaneously):
Thunderstorm parts: X Z Y Z X Z Y X
El Dorado parts: X > X Z Y < < Z
Chrono Symphony parts: < > Z > < X > Z
Bahamut parts: Y Y Z > < Z X Y
Gladiator parts: > Z X < < > Z X

The gold machine parts, previously unavailable outside of participating in JP-exclusive AX events or by hacking

I second the suggestion that *everyone* do some organizer training. It's free, it doesn't take a lot of time. You'll understand way better how things work. You can make yourself a confident and understanding ally even if you yourself (like me!) are not eligible. No one deserves "The Bad Meeting."

This is an all-timer piece that showcases the common complexities and patterns of organizing. Unionization isn't just "ok let's unionize" and there is so much nuance to the path to getting there. If you're remotely interested in workers rights in the games industry in any way you *must* read this.

also if you're in the UK, you can join a union even if it's not been recognised by your workplace, and the union then can represent you in disputes with your employer (but not engage in collective bargaining). also the bar for recognition is different.
