We have received a report of a strong smoke/odor on the 3rd floor that appears to be coming from marijuana, incense, or another type of smoke.
Please remember that ALL smoking is strictly prohibited at [REDACTED], including smoking of any substance. Smoking anywhere on the property is a lease violation and may be grounds for eviction.
We do not know which apartment the odor is coming from, so this message is being sent to all 3rd floor residents. Please be considerate of your neighbors and make sure that no smoking is taking place in your apartment or on the property.
