There aren't fewer queer kids. There are just more closeted and DL queer kids and kids who hate themselves and feel broken but don't know why. There are more queer kids who will take their lives rather than be miserable and alive.

The MAGA government’s major schemes to subvert the election have so far failed. That is a big deal! But it certainly doesn’t mean all is well. There is no reason to relax. The situation remains volatile, the outcome of the political struggle undetermined.

Excellent thread. The same strategies give us politicians whose entire purpose is getting elected/reelected. Any governing or attempts to better our lives must always yield to the singular goal of simply being in power. Electoral consultants have ruined public service.
