Why are we surprised Jared Leto still has a career? We couldn't even get rid of Justin Bieber whom "everyone hated," and that was during a less-media-illiterate time.

You can’t even comprehend how important Eien ni Hen’s work is to the fan translation community. Romancing SaGa, Fire Emblem, Sakura Wars, Tear Ring Saga, Glory of Heracles, Dragon Force II, Dark Half, Beyond Oasis, Psi-O-Blade, Arabian Nights, and so much more. What a loss. Rest in peace.

Breath of the Wild and specially Tears of the Kingdom are hardly Zelda games at all, they deliberately ditch most of the elements that made the series what it was, specially things like dungeons, they genuinely don't know how to make compelling dungeons anymore.

The Vita had a really cool thing going on having a bit of every console on it, Vita editions of PS3 games released simultaneously, some PS2 ports, PSP backwards compatibility which meant that you could get and play PS1 games too, that's amazing for a handheld this old.

For the next Smash Bros. I want an Event Match called "Go Ape-Fist" in which you play as Bananza Donkey Kong and have to fight Andross and Bongo-Bongo, or alternatively, fight all three of the above in succession as a character of your choice.

One cool thing about the PSP is the games menu and how it'll show you things like a background, the logo, even things like a description and an animated gameplay preview, that's so cool for a 2005 handheld.

Nautiously optimistic: Age of Empires 3 D.E. announces major update, with Free Trial ending next month!? Announced features sound like a major win, but Age of Empires 2 D.E. has faced major problems (as in, can't even launch the game) lately due to Microsoft vibe-coding.

Art of the ancient Americas may not be your thing, but you have to love this earthenware crab vessel. I'm sorry, I don't make the rules. 🦀 This is going into our imaginary museum replica store, pronto. #LACMA Colombia, Calima style, Ilama period, ca. 1500 BCE-100 CE. 🏺 1/ 📸 me

Earthenware crab vessel with two spouts flanking a round handle on its back. It's painted a reddish-orange color and its stumpy claws are closed in front of its cute little face. It's standing up on its six non-claw legs, which are also stumpy. Insanely adorable.

using ai instead of placeholders robs us of artistic expression like this

two placeholder cards for slay the spire. the "strike" card literally depicts the enemies going on a strike, while "meteor strike" literally depicts meteors going on a strike
