Thinking about how in-house system design seems to be a uniting aspect of archives & institutes preserving games. I wonder if we need to focus collectively on system design & sharing of systems or if it is a foregone conclusion that systems need to be unique to their institutions/locales? #vgpres26

It's so fascinating to me to see different countries & curators videogame collections & practices of preservation. Wytze Koppleman is currently discussing Dutch practices. We're all very similar but also so incredibly unique. #vgpres26 (I'm chairing this panel so I'll be a bit quiet!)
