1. Russia is not winning on the battlefield and had to reform the entire budget in favor of the continuous war against sovereign Ukraine.
2. Zelenskyy has reacted favorably to any suggestion of a peaceful deal that would stop Russian aggression. Each attempt of such was declined by Kremlin.
