it's pretty amazing how many people are clearly relying purely on the sensation of their tires scraping the curb to line their car up while parking. our curbs are old and pretty eroded so people simply drive over them and into our grass and flowers.

we've got a huge new flowerbed cooking to be planted in the fall, but before then we're mainly gonna be weeding this year. aside from that we're thinking about getting another birdbath & finding a small boulder the size of a medium boulder to put on the corner bed where cars drive over our flowers 😇

Let's be real, the fact that the Oscars are kind of becoming a series of consolation prizes given to people who are "due" for it is ridiculous and undermines the awards. No one should be "due" for an Oscar because the award is ostensibly for their work on a given movie.
