We can make choices to let people with TB die...or we can be the cure. Overall this book gave me a lot of hope despite dark times, there are still a lot of wonderful folks out there fighting for the dignity and health of those with TB. I'm glad to be a small part of that community.

Just finished reading "Everything is Tuberculosis"by John Green. As a provider who's cared for at least 1000 patients with active TB...this book re-emphasized that the real threat is humanity, not the bacillus...

I use the STI guidelines so often in my day to day work. Thankfully folks archived these resources. We have had an ongoing STI epidemic in the US for the past 5 years. Congenital syphilis rates that are among the highest for developed countries. People use CDC guidelines globally too!

You are an inspiration! We have Cabenuva here too although Texas may be the last state left who doesn't have it on ADAP. All the gray hairs involved in setting it up were worth it when my patients told me how much it meant to them to not be reminded of HIV every day by taking a pill!
