Incredible. The 11th Circuit, in a 3-0 opinion (two Obama appointees and one Trump 1.0 appointee), agrees that Trump and his lawyers have failed to rebut the judge's finding that the entire IRS settlement was collusive, highlighting that no other explanation for their conduct was even offered.

court’s speech-related sanction. First, they argue that the court
lacked a sufficient basis to find that the lawsuit and the settlement
were collusive and that Messrs. Brito and Epstein acted in bad faith.

If you’re a random person and you have to deal with death threats and harassment from internet stalkers, it’s my understanding that the FBI basically ignores you in most circumstances. But the Millers are so powerful they can demote the head of the FBI’s DC field office for investigating too slow.

The orders from the bureau's DC chief Darren Cox stemmed from frustration shared by the Miller family that the field office was moving slowly in probing allegedly harassing phone messages left with prominent conservative podcaster, Katie Miller, added the people, who spoke anonymously to avoid retaliation.
Several of the individuals said Director Kash Patel was also displeased with the office's progress on the case.

We’re at the “shipping container courts” stage of ICE’s mass expansion of the enforcement system.

Each detention unit would sit on asphalt or concrete behind an office's existing security fence, with a counter for processing people and a separate holding area fitted with a toilet and sink for detainees according to the draft work statement.
The agency also wants a 300-square-foot unit for interviewing people in custody and a 60-square-foot "Virtual Immigration Court Unit" for hearings run by the Executive Office for Immigration Review, the Justice Department agency that operates the immigration courts.
Both must also be designed for their purpose before delivery.
