PAYWALLED: ‘A Disaster’ for Access, Expert Says as Cuts Push Library and Archives to End Proactive Declassification Work (M. Poncana, The Hill Times, July 21)
"Library and Archives Canada has ended proactive declassification activities that helped lower the security classification of historical government records, a move access and archival experts say removes one part of an already limited federal system for making older records..." Read more

What is your Voight-Kampff test? I like asking about basic colour theory
Screen cap of LLM response:

When you mix yellow and red, the resulting color is a secondary color formed by combining both. Since yellow already contains red and green light components, mixing it with red adds another layer of red light. This combination results in a color that appears as a mixture of these components, which can be perceived as a shade of orange or a bright blue depending on the proportion of each color used. However, strictly speaking, this is not a new primary color but rather an additive mix of existing colors.

Answer: Mixing yellow and red creates a secondary color known as purple when combining equal parts. When mixed in any quantity, it results in a color that has both red and yellow light components, appearing as a warm shade.

I'm building an APC discount browser. I'm very much inspired by CollectionBuilder. Turns a spreadsheet into a digital exhibit, and you can do it all without hosting anything yourself (you need Google and GH). Same design philosophy for my thing: brock-apc-info.streamlit.app 1/2
