I generally only have this issue with rep ranges above 5, and when I haven't fully recovered. My trainer really seems to enjoy the 6-8 rep range and I was (am) still sore as balls from Saturday's half hyrox simulation 🥲

- Bassist had good harmonies but tried to do a little too much in my opinion, but was still very good - Drummer has the Sib Hashian look down pat and was very solid - Singer was very capable and hit most of the high notes (that A5 on Smokin' seemed just out of range) and a great frontman 9/10

Show was awesome! Review of the band: - Could have done without the Third Stage segment of the show but it would have been really short - Rock and Roll Band is not the song I would have opened with but they saved the best songs for last - Keyboard player was noteworthy - Guitarists were entertaining

Good: salt. Bad: floppy, crust is not puffy, cheese is rubbery, tomato is barely perceptible, crust has NO strength and rips apart like it has no gluten. 2.5 stars.
