I do think it's weird that more of the richest directors and actors in Hollywood don't pool their money and create studios as the system they work in is dismantled by tech bros and billionaires. New studios can still become behemoths. A24 is less than 15 years old.

Thanks to a large crew of friends working together, I think everyone in the primary group is covered for Dragon Con rooms. (I think we had over a dozen folk working together to try to get 3 rooms booked just today.) Annual guaranteed anxiety attack managed for the moment.

From episode 2, the big thing was most of us chose not to kill the diviner Stone Giant, so he'll be back as an ally later. With episode 3 playing out in October, it'll be interesting to see what commonalities come of it. The first table for ep3 was the one I was at last night.

Patreon members can send 25 word messages to the other teams to try to tip off or warn them of important info. At the end of the month, TTSD looks at what each table did and aligns the story to a base truth of the most common outcomes for the next month's scenario.

Tavern Tales SD is doing the neatest thing with a multi-session campaign where multiple locations around the county are playing one episode a month in either D&D 5.5e or Daggerheart with the same base scenario. You sign up to what fits your schedule and the story makes sense for teams to shuffle.

The avalanche episode we adopted this lil old man halfling NPC so hard he's going to be brought into the rest of the overall (multi-table) West Marches style campaign. That team had two paladins and a druid who never left dog form, so as far as the team knew, we were working with a talking dog.

Also, despite having a delightfully slutty cleric and bard on the team along with a Warlock who was on phone hold with his Patron doing a Kermit impression the entire session (SO FUN), my Paladin was the one who successfully flirted her way into important intel and got some ass. LOL

SHOPPING EPISODE OF THE CAMPAIGN MY FOOT. My Paladin took like 12 damage total in the avalanche and stone giant encounter episode. She took over 50 damage in the SHOPPING EPISODE. It was blast.
