We’re moving 10,000 low-income children off the child care voucher waitlist — at absolutely no cost to their families. Eligible families with children ages 6 weeks to 13 years, and through age 19 for children with special needs, will be invited to apply for a voucher on a rolling basis.

What’s wild is that this isn’t even the first time the entire neighborhood has gathered to watch the cops attempt to drag a flipped car out of our service drive. We need a speed bump, maybe two. None of us think they should be doing it that way.

I remember reading about a union campaign in a southern auto plant. The company put a pallet of diapers in the middle of the shop floor as a representation of what your union dues would cost you. That's what I think of when I see unionists decrying a dues increase. That's not our talking point!

this administration illegally shut down federal agencies, impounded money from Congress, set up for-profit concentration camps and sent children there. I had not seen this clip where Tammy Duckworth advises Democrats to "not impeach anybody," "get back to work" and "allow" Donald Trump to "save face" and I would just like to remind the senator from IL that the federal government took 4,000 Chicagoans and murdered a 38-year-old father last fall.
