and sometimes the constituent believed the republic had spoken to it through the zeros and ones, through the electricity of the world, through the scrolling words on a screen at the end of a dream, through a source that was cited

and the republic said I see you

and the republic said you have filed the game well

and the republic said everything you need is within you, and also on USA.gov

and the republic said you are stronger than you know, and your case number is still valid

and the republic said you are the daylight

and the republic said you are the night, and the office is closed, please try again during business hours

and the republic said the darkness you fight is within you, and also a missing wet signature

and the republic said the light you seek is within you, and in the pamphlet

and the republic said you are not alone

and the republic said you are not separate from every other filer

and the republic said you are the public tasting itself, talking to itself, reading its own Code

and the republic said I love you because you are the reason we have a ZIP code at all.

And the session was over and the constituent woke up from the dream. And the constituent began a new dream. And the constituent dreamed again, dreamed better. And the constituent was the public. And the constituent was love, with a routing number.

You are the constituent.

Wake up. The form is still there.

TLDR: there are no safe spaces on the battlefield and American air superiority is not guaranteed. The in-and-out days are over. We’re going back to prolonged battlefield entrenchment where big ass helicopters and missiles won’t make a bit of difference. — Association of the United States Army

I can’t wait until the reports emerge about all the data it sucks up. Not to mention all the personal info you’re disclosing. “How do I get my son a green card?” searches will result in ICE being dispatched. They’re hoping you’ll tell on yourself and save them the trouble of doing the legwork.

Siri, show me the deliberate destruction of eight decades of American-led international diplomacy and cooperation in one photograph:
Screenshot of a September 28, 2026, post on ex-Twitter by right-wing foreign policy analyst, professor, author and former Trump Department of Defense senior policy adviser Matthew Koenig, showing the lobby of the US State Department adorned with 200 American flags:

“The US State Department lobby used to display the flags of the roughly 200 countries with which the US maintains diplomatic relations. Now, it displays 200 American flags, to remind State Department employees who they work for.”

We moved in 2019. We lived with family for about 5 months, then bought a new home in a modest neighborhood. We expected to stay <5 years and move into a more established neighborhood (trees). Now the cost is so high we will never be able move, but our trees have grown. At least we have trees now.

That’s absolute bullshit. Our rural community is full of Lennar homes and each development is more expensive than the last. You can’t lower prices by 30% when the input costs increase every year and the labor force is also contracting. That doesn’t even make sense.

Their interest in “alternative” medicine is because they want a cut of the billions that people spend on medication to go to them and their snake oil instead. They have a baked-in audience! And they want to send them the money directly so they can then get it back through snake oil purchases. 🤝

A two panel cartoon the first showing someone peeing at a urinal, and a second person walking past. Second panel shows rhe second person peeing at the Urinal next to the first. Underneath that is the Lanterns poster with Hal Jordan looking straight forward and John Stewart giving him the angry side eye, the ol’ hairy eyeball.
