EatSafe.tech @eatsafe.bsky.social · 28/08/2026Even places like whole foods and kroger do not do end to end traceability. They do have temp monitoring, but that doesn’t help when you need to locate the source of a contaminate or find which stores the affected products are in. We could be doing so much more, but these businesses just don’t care. 000
EatSafe.tech @eatsafe.bsky.social · 28/08/2026This may seem self serving, but at what point do we demand e2e food traceability for businesses of all sizes? All the businesses turning me away are “too small” to be required to perform basic safety checks on the food they sell you. I think if you have a retail location you should monitor. Period. 110

EatSafe.tech @eatsafe.bsky.social · 21/08/2026This. I offered to provide *free* food safety monitoring to three local food companies today. EatSafe.tech @eatsafe.bsky.social · 21/08/2026I feel like if someone said “I can prevent your customers from ever getting sick and it doesn’t cost you anything,” and your response is “no thanks,” that is not really a place where I feel comfortable buying food anymore. 000
